Our 3-Point Safety Promise

1. Continuous Comfort: We use temperature-controlled, hybrid passenger vehicles—never cargo vans. Your pet is never left alone, day or night.

2. Professional Drivers: Our personnel are expert transporters who stop every 3-4 hours for walks and checks. We are not vets, but we have 24/7 online vet guidance for emergencies.

3. Communication: We focus on the road first. We will provide updates on your pet's status and location upon request.

 

Important Health & Preparation Snapshot

To keep everyone safe and insured, please note these essential rules:

 

Health First

• NO Medication or Sedatives: We cannot transport pets requiring medication during the trip. This includes all sedatives, like Benadryl.

• Waiver for Chronic Conditions: Stable, chronic conditions (e.g., old injuries) require a signed waiver and vet approval.

• Emergency Authority: If an emergency happens, the owner is responsible for all vet costs. If we cannot reach you, we are authorized to take your pet to the nearest emergency hospital immediately.

 

What to Prepare

• Health Check: A clean Bill of Health from your vet is mandatory and must be dated within 10 days of travel.

• Grooming: All pets must be professionally groomed or bathed just before pickup.

• Food Limit: Please send only the food needed for the trip, in a sealed container—no bags over 10 lbs.

• Essentials Only: We only transport essentials (food, comfort items). Large items, such as extra crates, beds, or large food sacks, will incur an additional fee.
