Before we transport your pet, you may need to complete specific paperwork or tasks, such as getting a health certificate. Meeting these requirements takes time, so contact your veterinarian for help when you decide to move your pet.

We are insured, and our insurance requires the following:

1. A clean bill of health of your pet by a certified veterinarian within ten days of travel.

2. Vaccination up to date according to the age of your pet.

3. Ownership documentation.

4. A traveling harness is required for dogs seven months old and up that must be walked during the trip.

Our pet-passenger safety and well-being is our priority. 

We never leave the pets unattended in any vehicle overnight or at any time. 

We check on the pet's status permanently. 

We do not use vans or big cargo trucks. Our passenger pets travel VIP.

We provide love and cleaning service during the duration of the trip.

We have access to a 24/7 veterinarian consultation service. 

We carried an animal first aid kit.

 

You must include the following with your pet:

1. Traveling food: Always in a sealed container. I provided a small insulated cooler for food that needs to be kept cold. 

2. A little blanket with your or the pet's mom's scent.

3. A safe toy.

4. Any medication and instructions.

Pets over ten years old or with significant medical operations need a specific travel clearance from a veterinarian. These pets require extra care and attention, and travel distances would take longer.
